Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Thanksgiving is one of the major holidays of the year. There is a lot of turkey eating with families and at their home enjoying their dinner. It’s a very great holiday to celebrate and to celebrate with your family. You celebrate it on November 27, this goes back many, many years ago. And where glad that we celebrate a great special day of turkey.

KINDNESS 

being kind is really about being nice and giving back to people. it really matters what you do to people and how to treat them. like giving a homeless guy extra change you may have or some leftover food that you don't need, just give it to someone that really needs it. and that really makes someone smile and also makes them feel good about it. when you do good things, other good things will happen to you.

Reflection: I think the quote means that kindness is the key to greatness. It’s true being kind to everyone makes them feel good and yourself to.

Reflection: I think the quote means that what we do today may cause something in the future and that’s what I think it means. 

Dental Lab Technician

Duties and responsibilities:  Dental laboratory technology is the art and science of manufacturing corrective devices and replacements for natural teeth. This is the dental laboratory technician.

Salary: $52,789

Education: Students interested in this field of work should focus their high school studies on math, science, information technology.

Reflection: I think it’s a good career but I’m not really interested in this path career. Because it’s not for me it might be good for other people that want to be this. 

Veterans Days

World War I – known at the time as “The Great War” - officially ended when the Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28, 1919, in the Palace of Versailles outside the town of Versailles, France. However, fighting ceased seven months earlier when an armistice, or temporary cessation of hostilities, between the Allied nations and Germany went into effect on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. For that reason, November 11, 1918, is generally regarded as the end of “the war to end all wars.”

Reflection: I think that these men where brave in every way they served our country and fought for this country to protect us. These guys are honorable to our country and that’s why I think we celebrate these men to honor them.

Reflection: I think the quote means that being honest you win more than cheating and winning. Because you deserve that score that you didn’t cheat on and cheating you win but loose at the same time.

Reflection: I think it means that choosing the right thing is good and to say no to drugs and alcohol. If 100 people are telling you to smoke weed you should say No have the courage to say it. I think that’s what the quote means to say.

Some examples of Integrity: honesty and dependability are two traits that are expected in most workplace situations. Without responsible behavior, distrust can make a work environment tense and uncomfortable.

Education: undergraduate degree is required, students commonly take science courses in biology, anatomy, chemistry and microbiology.

Reflection: I wouldn’t be one because I’m not interested in this kind of job. But they get paid really well.  I still wouldn’t be one.

Reflection: I think the quote means that everybody that does great has a good future and everyone that does wrong goes horrible. But some people that do bad still do good in life.
